Lloyds Banking Group We became involved at Lloyds during one of the final stages of LBG’s Integration program, which is the largest banking integration program in Europe, migrating Halifax Bank of Scotland accounts from the legacy HBoS systems to the Lloyds platform. The complex migration successfully migrated ~250k corporate accounts, worth £70 billion (£50 billion credit / £20 billion debit balances). These accounts had been held back until Complex Migration due to the complexity of mapping and transformation. We were responsible for: The Lloyds platform product build, comprising of more than 100,000 pieces of product and tariff metadata which made up the target product build. Analysis, creation and maintenance of product translation tables which defined the rules to map from source to target products Mapping of 1300 products in an external customer facing corporate offering iSITE A large part of our role was the almost constant data modelling of the 250k accounts, through various scenarios, many of them ad-hoc, to determine how accounts would migrate, where they would land, and any anticipated problems the modelling could predict.
